Tempo is a minimalist knitted tank designed for everyday wear. It features a high back and scooped neckline for bra-friendly comfort and coverage. The tank has a slightly cropped, swing shape with a clean, rhythmic ribbed detail at the hem. Choose between applied i-cord or rolled edges to finish the look to your liking. Knitted in plant-based yarn, the Tempo Tank is cool for summer and ideal for layering in winter. A versatile piece for any wardrobe, it combines practicality with understated style.

About the construction:
Tempo is worked seamlessly from the top down. You will start by casting on for the back neck, then increase at each side of every row until you reach the full width of the shoulders. You will then work the upper back, shaping the armholes until you reach the full depth of the armholes, before putting your stitches on hold. The front shoulders are picked up from the back shoulders and worked separately to shape the front neck before joining at the bottom of the front neck to work the chest and shape the armholes.

Once the full depth of the armholes is reached, you will cast on under the arms and join the upper back and chest to work the body in the round. Shaping is used at the sides of the body to create an A-line silhouette. A wide band of textural stitches is worked at the hem before binding off. Applied I-cords or rolled edges are used to finish the armholes and neck.
